Комитет по управлению образованием администрации муниципального района «Город Краснокаменск и Краснокаменский район» информирует о том, что в период с 17 по 19 ноября 2023 года в городе Краснокаменск состоялись очные курсы повышения квалификации с приглашением в территорию Ларисы Юрьевны Кругловой, доктора педагогических наук, директора ЧУО ДПО БИЗНЕС ШКОЛА «СТОЛИЦА», г. Москва.
Лариса Юрьевна является организатором Всероссийских образовательных стажировок для педагогов дошкольного образования, автором более 100 научных трудов и 20 курсов повышения квалификации и профессиональной переподготовки для учителей, воспитателей, специалистов, разработчиком дидактических пособий, инновационной модели дошкольного образования, автором книг «Современные технологии дошкольного образования», 2022 г, «Модели гибкого планирования», 2023 год, Почетный работник общего образования.
За период деятельности Л.Ю. Кругловой проведено 33 стажировки в разных городах России и за рубежом. Стажировка у Ларисы Кругловой — это возможность посетить детские сады, являющиеся федеральными инновационными площадками, это возможность познакомиться с их опытом, подходами, методами, инструментами в реализации программы, это возможность увидеть реализацию части формируемой участниками образовательных отношений программы. Это источник новых идей, новых планов для работы в своём дошкольном учреждении. Это возможность познакомиться с идеями крутых дошкольников, профессионалов от Владивостока до Калининграда.
Курсы повышения квалификации были организованы для воспитателей, специалистов, руководителей ДОУ, специалистов органов управления образованием. Охват целевой аудитории в 118 человек из районов Забайкальского края:
- «Город Краснокаменск и Краснокаменский район» (96 человек);
- «Могойтуйский район» (9 человек);
- «Приаргунский район» (9 человек);
- «Оловяннинский район» (2 человека);
- «Тунгокоченский район (2 человека).
Для воспитателей, специалистов тема курсов заявлена «Современные технологии дошкольного образования в соответствии с ФОП ДО», для руководителей, специалистов органов управления образованием «Эффективное управление образовательным процессом в ДОО в соответствии с ФОП ДО» с выдачей удостоверений на 72 часа.
Обучение было выстроено в режиме очно-заочной формы, которая предполагало три дня интерактивного погружения в теоретико- методологическую часть и практико-ориентированные активности с использованием групповой, подгрупповой работы, работы в тройках, парах, индивидуально в соответствии с современными трендами дошкольного образования, технологиями работы с детьми в условиях обновленной развивающей образовательной среды и выполнением зачетной домашней работы по преобразованию развивающей среды в возрастных группах ДОУ на местах, в своих ДОУ.
Слушатели курсов познакомились с:
- Системой гибкого планирования и разнообразными моделями.
- Созданием мотивации детей на занятия, образовательные события.
- Созданием развивающей среды в группе: интерактивные стены – говорящие стены – думающие стены.
- Возможностями интерактивного пола, новыми, обучающими вкраплениями в детское пространство.
