Заседание Ассоциации педагогов-психологов образования Забайкальского края 18 ноября 2022 года
18 ноября 2022 года состоялось торжественное заседание Ассоциации педагогов-психологов образования Забайкальского края, посвященное пятилетию со дня создания. На заседании собралось более 100 человек – членов Ассоциации из 12 районов Забайкальского края.
Приветственным словом пленарное заседание открыла Клименко Татьяна Константиновна. и.о. министра образования и науки Забайкальского края, которая поздравила членов Ассоциации педагогов-психологов образования с праздничной датой — 5 лет со дня открытия.
Татьяна Константиновна подчеркнула важность профессии педагога-психолога особенно в современных условиях, отметила положительную динамику по профилактике деструктивного поведения в Забайкальском крае, в связи с снижением численности преступлений среди несовершеннолетних. Акцентировала внимание на сохранении и укреплении психологического здоровья участников образовательных отношений.
К поздравлениям присоединились Кольчугина Леся Геннадьевна, консультант отдела воспитания, дополнительного образования Министерства образования и науки Забайкальского края, Виноградова Нина Иннокентьевна, заведующая кафедрой образования ФГБОУ ВО «Забайкальский государственный университет», Тонышева Наталья Викторовна, руководитель ГУ «Забайкальского краевого центра психолого-педагогической, медицинской и социальной помощи «Семья», Черепанова Елена Петровна , психолог, гипнокоуч, Семина Марина Викторовна, доцент ППФ ЗабГУ, заслуженный педагог высшей школы Забайкальского края.
Портнова Людмила Константиновна, председатель Ассоциации педагогов-психологов образования Забайкальского края выделила содержание деятельности: региональные конкурсы, вебинары, участие в конференциях и др. мероприятиях, презентовала этапы становления Ассоциации, познакомила с траекторией развития в условиях современных вызовов (смотреть материалы доклада).
Грамотами и благодарственными письмами были награждены активные члены Ассоциации.
После торжественного заседания педагога-психологам предложили участие в интерактивных мероприятиях: психологическая академия, кейс-студия и форсайт-сессия.
Работа психологической академии была рассчитана на актуализацию знаний о методологии и методике психологии в форме тестовых заданий, ситуаций и проблемных вопросов. Участники вместе находили ответы и занятие прошло активно и интересно.
В рамках работы кейс-студии педагогам-психологам были предложены для решения проблемные ситуации. Специалисты отлично справились с заданиями — определились с гипотезой, подобрали диагностический инструментарий, отлично спланировали мероприятия коррекционного и развивающего характера. Поделились профессиональным опытом в решении подобных проблемных ситуации возникающих в образовательном учреждении.
На форсайт – сессии педагогам — психологам необходимо было написать письмо в будущее, ответив на вопрос «как вы видите практическую психологию образования через 5 лет?».
Все с интересом и энтузиазмом приняли активное участие в работе площадки. Все три группы выделили приоритет – улучшение условий работы; обеспечение современными интерактивными, пособиями; повышение заработной платы; нагрузка на одного психолога — 200 человек. Также психологи пожелали, чтоб были введены программы поддержки психологического здоровья педагогов-психологов, организованы спортивно-развлекательные мероприятия и т.д.
Рефлексия показала 100%-ю удовлетворенность от проделанной работы.
Завершились интерактивные мероприятия зажигательным флешмобом, который развеселил, воодушевил и просто от выполнения движений под музыку большого количества людей создалось приподнятое хорошее настроение
Вторая часть заседания была посвящена обсуждению таких проблемных тем как психолого-педагогическое сопровождение участников образовательных отношений по вопросам мобилизации членов семей, специальной военной операции, профилактика деструктивного поведения и использование интерактивных форм в работе педагога-психолога, таких как образовательное событие, акции, группа поддержки на базе мессенджеров и др. Модераторами выступили педагоги-психологи образовательных организаций города Читы.
Завершилось заседание так же энергичным флешмобом.
Рефлексия показала, что участники удовлетворены очным форматом проведения, формами, где они являлись субъектами деятельности и профессиональным общением в среде своих коллег.
